Domestic: The products once delivered cannot be returned or exchanged. Whereas if the product is damaged or lost during shipping, ISIRISAKALESHPURA PRIVATE LIMITED will exchange the product free of charge after receiving proof of damage(s) to product or proof or non-delivery of package from the Customer. 

International: The products once shipped cannot be returned or exchanged. Whereas if the product is damaged or lost during shipping, ISIRISAKALESHPURA PRIVATE LIMITED will process the refund of the product costs, after receiving proof of damage(s) to product or proof or non-delivery of package from the Customer. The refund will not include taxes and shipping costs. The timeline process the refund may take up to 4 weeks.
